my bike shop ordered one in from norco while doing a large order so they didnt have to pay more for shiping, that way they could give me a better deal, get you lbs to call there norco rep, cause they do sell frame sets, mine came with everything, even little bottles of touch up paint lol, ill have it finished tommorw, ill probably post some pics
